La Cocotte en sucre est Française et vit à New York depuis 2012. Avec près de 10 ans d’expérience en marketing/communication dans le domaine de l’édition et passionnée de cuisine et surtout de pâtisserie, j’ai suivi une formation en pâtisserie à Paris et ai travaillé pour plusieurs pâtisseries à Paris et New York. Je propose depuis décembre 2014 mes pâtisseries à la vente sur New York et aux alentours.

The Cocotte en sucre is French and moved to New York in 2012. With about 10 years of experience in marketing / communications in the publishing industry and passionate about food and above all about pastry, I did a pastry training and worked for several bakeries in Paris and New York. In December 2014, I started selling my own pastries in New York and the tri-state area.
